Oh my!

Let's see what is happening in the Kindrick home. . .. . . .There has been far too much for me to report. Basketball season has come and gone.
Luke was again on a very poor team in basketball. They won only one game during the season, but then pulled off a win against a team they had lost to previously when the playoffs started. It was really fun watching him play, even though his team did so poorly.
Kennedy also played this winter. Her little team did pretty well (although they don't keep score at her age). It was Kenendy's first year playing, and it was fun to see her improve and make a few baskets as the season went on.
Elizabeth played basketball for the first time as well. For her age it is a bit more like a clinic where they teach you basic skills and then you practice what they taught. Towards the end they would play a little scrimmage against one of the other "teams". She really liked playing.
My picture taking has gotten so bad that I have very few pictures. . . . I will try to be better!!
So winter in over, and SPRING sports are here!! We kicked off the baseball season with a tournament in S. George last week for Luke's team. We decided to have him play on a "super league" team to get him a little more practice and coaching, and experience playing against some higher quality players. Luke's team ended up doing really well. Went 3-1 in the tournament. I only got one picture all weekend. . . very sad. Like I said, I will try to be better. We have a lot more baseball to come this year, so there should be plenty of opportunities for pictures.
Kennedy and Elizabeth are playing spring soccer and had their first practices yesterday with games starting next week! So let the craziness begin!! And hopefully some sunshine too!!

I will keep my fingers crossed for sunshine for you guys! I have to admit, it is a relief to be past the rec league baseball and ymca soccer stage. Lucky thing, too, with the length of the track meets! :)

See you in TWO DAYS!!!! Hooray!

On a day like this it doesn't seem like spring does it!? Glad you are all keeping busy and that Luke is having fun with baseball. Hopefully Dave isn't banished to the outfield this year :)

ahhh I remember those days so well! I miss them sometimes, then the reality of it all sets in and I'm good with just having one daughter in softball right now! but enjoy, the time does come when it ends...

I hope they all have fun seasons. I'm skipping this sports season for art classes. It's just one day a week, and I can sit in a coffee shop across the street instead of watching :)

hope it's a great season for all your kids sports. Sounds like a fun, and busy time of year, but so worth it.

Kristie failed to mention that Luke
looked at a strike here but hit the next pitch into the gap for a 2run double. And by the way first game I banished myself to the outfield. Coaches with kids on the team that can't hit but bat them 1st and 4th drive me crazy !@#*
