Being the end of the school year, I seem to be blogging more than usual since there are so many various activities going on . Yesterday it was a dance festival at the Elementary school. Each grade performed a dance out on the field and then the whole school sang a song at the end. The second grade did a parachute dance, and the fifth grade boys did the haaka (sp?), a Pacific Island war dance. It was fun to watch. So fun that I went in the morning, and then again in the afternoon to see both performances.

Where's the lava lava's and bare chests? Just kidding. Jeremy served in Hawaii and can do the haka and some other polynesian dances. I love watching them:)
How fun! I'll bet the teachers are relieved to have that done...it looks like a lot of work! Luke will have to teach the boys the haka next month. :)
looks like fun! bet you're glad the school year is about done. Looks like you've been busy.
It's hard to believe the kids will be finished with school in a few days. It is nice that they get to do such fun stuff this last week.
By the way,Kristie, thanks for posting those beautiful songs by David A. I just want to sit on your blog and listen. I would definitely buy any CD he puts out.
